Most people like their stories neat. Wrapped up in ribbons, endings tied off with a comforting moral and happily ever after.
That’s not what you’ll find here.
I write fiction that doesn’t sit still, stories that don’t just entertain—they unsettle. Because the best stories aren’t meant to lull you to sleep. They’re meant to wake you up.
And when I’m not writing fiction, I’m designing tarot and oracle decks that do the same. These tools aren’t fortune-telling; they don’t offer soft and easy reassurances. These are spiritual tools of becoming that make you look twice. That demand better questions. That show you what’s been staring you in the face all along, but you’ve either been too afraid (or too fooled or foolish) to confront it.

Ah, there you are.
You’ve found it at last. You tell yourself you’re only curious, but everything in your life has led you precisely to this moment. Open this book if you like. Just do not pretend you were not warned.
What seems at first like unattached, disjointed stories is in fact a novel: different chapters, or shells, of one long story for you to untangle and dive into. At first glance it seems to be different genres, different times, different places, different people, even different dimensions, right? Or do you need to look again?
What if every life, no matter how brief or abundant or broken, is part of one long attempt to stop telling a very old lie? When you’re trapped within it, the pieces do not seem to match. There are novels that take you to other worlds in order to escape the one you know. This is not quite that sort of novel. It is more like finding yourself on a beach full of shells and picking each up one by one, only to discover some disturbing aspect of yourself inside, again and again. Find the story within the stories. See the connections? The repetitions? See how the whole thing starts to betray itself? Ferret out the truth in all these lies upon lies.
See-Shells (or, The Shellshock Redemption) does not offer easy answers. It is not here to give you a system. It is here to show you what your systems are doing to you. You can approach this book as speculative fiction, as spiritual literature, or as an experiment set up for you by your future self. Above all, this is a metaphysical novel of enlightenment that begins with a spiritual puzzle and ends by changing the story you tell about yourself. For readers suspicious of tidy redemption stories, this book is neither safe nor easy.

See-Shells is a novel of awakening structured as an initiation, written for readers willing to be disoriented before they discover what they never knew they always sought. If you are willing to be baffled, occasionally offended, and perhaps gladdened in ways you did not expect, this is a book to read unhurriedly.
